TMC and Nessco is part of the Nessco Holding Group and are both companies with solid growth and results. We are around 100 employees and have offices all around Norway, head office in Oslo as well as offices in Singapore, Shanghai and Korea. Our owners LIFCO AB is a long term investor stock listed on the Stockholm stock exchange. We have a low turnover in staff and a good job satisfaction score, together with events all year round we belive this is a good place to work. We are now seeking an Accountant to join our team.



The finance team today consist of four people delivering full scope accounting and reporting for the companies in the group. We are seeking an extra resource as one of our employees will retire within 12 months. We use Visma Business for Accounting. The accountant position is full time 100%.



Responsibility:

Accounting A-Z for TMC and Nessco (in periods)
VAT settlement
Monthly closing of accounts
Annual report / settlement
Agio / Disagio
Reconciliation of balance accounts
Assets and depreciations
Incoming and outgoing invoices including remittance
Invoice reminders
Support/advisor/accounting for TMC Asia and TMC China (outsourced)
Other accounting and financial tasks


Background:

Minimum 5-10 years experience, preferably from maritime or industrial background

Forward-looking and willingness to use new technology

English and Norwegian working language

Accurate and fulfilling

Experience as Accountant
